Construction “system”
The IQia construction system consists of the building of the metal frame, cladding it with O.S.B. sheets and polystyrene, roof tiles and plastering of outer walls.
Our company offers the customer the option of completing their home as they wish once the building system is completed, thereby giving them the ability to determine the final cost of construction.
An important part of our service is to provide a full study of the metal frame. Our engineers provide structural design and detailed study that are made available to our clients and their professional advisers for inclusion in the building permit application.
